We Want Acid is not a brand.

It’s a reaction.

A pulse against conformity, artificiality, and sterile club culture.

Born from a deep love for acid techno and the DIY rave spirit, we don’t wait for invitations

We build our own paths.

We come from forests, abandoned warehouses, dusty basements.

We connect wires, not egos.

We dance for hours

not for validation, but for freedom.

We are ravers

rebels, dreamers, artists, builders of something real.

We Want Acid stands for:

non-commercial parties and free raves

a radio show pushing the Romanian underground comunity

a growing core of people, sound, and information Our dream:

To grow into a full cultural hub with our own sound system, a dedicated location, resident artists, and an information platform for the new generation of ravers in Romania.

Here, it’s not about what you wear, but how you vibrate.

Not what’s in your account, but what’s in your soul.

You’re not a spectator.

You’re part of the system that breathes bass.

We don’t just want music.

We Want Acid.

Our Story

We are We Want Acid.
Not just a crew

but part of the very roots of Romania’s acid techno and rave movement.

We are builders.

Dancers.

Veterans of a sound that shook the underground before algorithms even existed.
Some of us are the first ravers this country has ever known

present since the very first illegal parties, when sound systems were dragged through

mud and forests, not streamed for likes.

We don’t imitate scenes from abroad.
We built ours from nothing.
Speaker by speaker.

Cable by cable.

Beat by beat.
We’ve seen this culture rise, fall, mutate, and return stronger

because it was always real.

Romania doesn’t just need a party.
Romania needs a pulse.

A system.

A tribe.

And we’re here to carry that frequency forward louder than ever.
